It may not be the greatest photo, but it is one of my personal favorites because of the background. This photo is bright and colorful and was a great opportunity. Thanks to Joe and Mandy who came with me on the adventure.
Title: Harvest
Date: 2005
Description: These two pictures are of a painting that I will love for eternity. I'd rather not reveal the location of this piece because those of us who know where it is have a habit of cherishing it. The location itself is probably my favorite spot within all of Houston.

Title:Tough Girl
Date: 2007
Description: This little gal is the cousin of one of my closest friends. She was a huge source of entertainment for me one Saturday and I couldn't help but snap some shots of her.
Location: Alice, Texas

Title: Vortex
Date: 2005
Description: I enjoy finding structures that create unique lines and imagery within photographs and this image is no exception. I took a lot of my friends/"models" and had them jump through a vortex for a series of photos.
Location: Montrose area, Houston

Title: Urban
Date: 2006
Description: Street art is pretty awesome, though I disagree with how it can be used for "gang territorial" reasons. Houston usually does a good job of cleaning up graffiti pretty quickly--though they forgot the spot in the photo for about three days. I had to jump on the opportunity while I could. The colors were amazing!

Title: Emptied Party
Date: 2005
Description: When colors and lighting are so warm that you have to take a picture. This shot is what spawned me to really look into photography as a hobby. Taken with my old Sony Cybershot and proving that nice equipment is only as good as the person using it.
